Almost all our orders arrive exactly as scheduled, thanks to FedEx.

But life happens, so we plan ahead for the few orders that don't, too. That's why every box is packed with enough dry ice to stay chilly up to 24-48 hours past your scheduled delivery.

If your order gets delayed any longer than that, just let us know. We'll track it down and replace it if FedEx sent it to Timbuktu.
